Be Marketable is seeking a Customer Consultant to join our outside sales team! In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, provide information on available wireless services, and assist with enrollments. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers in an outside sales environment, providing information about wireless products and services
• Assist customers with enrollment and provider services
• Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints
• Clearly communicate expectations and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Research and resolve billing inquiries and claims
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed
