Be Marketable is a dynamic company seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Assistant. We are looking for someone with contagious enthusiasm and a talent for captivating audiences. In this role, you'll lead promotional marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and contribute to sales initiatives for telecommunications clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute promotional marketing events that leave a lasting impact
• Set up eye-catching promotional displays and visual merchandising to enhance the event experience
• Develop and implement creative promotional materials that align with our innovative spirit
• Contribute to basic sales initiatives, helping to reach new goals in support of clients
• Engage directly with customers to promote products and services, providing a positive brand experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, clients, and stakeholders through outstanding communication

Qualifications:

• College degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or related fields preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or advertising is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to engage audiences
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to ensure seamless execution of events
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset contributing to a culture of achievement
• Flexibility to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions
• Exceptional time management skills, meeting deadlines and schedules with ease
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and consumers
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, innovative environment

Additional Information:

• This position requires working in the office and at client/vendor locations. It is not a hybrid role.
