Sales Training Process:

  • Sales & Customer Service: Learn to manage client relationships, build brand awareness, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales through field marketing.
  • Leadership & Team Building: Gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and team leadership.
  • Business Operations: Get involved in financial management, administrative tasks, operations, and the recruiting cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop team members, refine sales skills, motivate the team, set goals, and provide daily direction.
  • Identify customer needs and offer customized solutions through in-person sales.
  • Leverage technology to engage customers and manage interactions effectively.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Foster a positive, energetic work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

Important Information:

  • This is an onsite position located in Lombard, IL, requiring you to commute to the office and client vendor locations.
  • This is not a hybrid or remote role.
